Meeting Without Moving

The first step which employers should take when seeking to reduce risks associated with travel by road, is to eliminate all unnecessary road journeys. Numerous facilities now exist to promote and facilitate telephone conferencing, video-conferencing and tele-conferencing as an alternative to business travel. Besides improving safety, this can also reduce harm to the environment, reduce costs, save time and stress and promote business efficiency.
