Driving at Work : Managing Work-related Road SafetyOn 17th September 2003, the HSE published a Guide for employers, “Driving at Work” (INDG382) which alerts employers to their responsibilities for at-work driving under existing Health and Safety at Work law. It states:

“health and safety law applies to on-the-road work activities …
and the risks should be effectively managed within a health and safety system”.
